Tef Lube 107 is a superior quality greaseless, stainless, and odorless lubricant. Formulated with an extremely fine powder, this Dry Teflon^® lubricant offers excellent friction reduction over a wide working temperature range of –100°F (-73°C) to 500°F (260°C). This extremely slippery dry lubricant and release agent is known to be slicker than silicone, oil, and graphite, making Tef Lube 107 the lubricant of choice for reducing low speed friction. Tef Lube 107 is ideal for use on metal, plastic, wood, glass, rubber, and aluminum.

This low speed friction reducing lubricant is excellent for use on all metal-on-metal, rubber-on-metal, metal-on-plastic applications. Its wide working temperature range and fast drying qualities make this Dry Teflon^® lubricant useful in countless applications. Tef Lube 107 contains an extremely fine polytetrafluoroethylene powder. Polytetrafluoroethylene, most commonly referred to by the abbreviation PTFE or the trade name Teflon^®, is known for its extreme slipperiness and its strong resistance to high temperatures and chemical reactions.  Polytetrafluoroethylene is able to retain its physical properties over a wide temperature range. When used as a lubricant, it is known for how well it reduces friction and lessons energy consumption and wear on machinery. It boasts of being extremely non-reactive, and it is able to effectively resist water and water-containing substances as well as oil and oil-containing substances.

This fast drying lubricant features exceptional microscopic film forming properties. The film produced by Tef Lube 107 is a thin, stainless, odorless, oil-free coating. This Dry Teflon^® lubricant is heat stable from –100°F (-73°C) to 500°F (260°C) and is chemically inert; in other words, it is stable and inactive in terms of chemical reactions. Tef Lube 107 is non-staining and non-oily. It does not contain any chlorinated solvents and, when dry, is non-conductive. Simply spray on and let dry – it’s that easy.

Tef Lube 107 is available in 16 ounce aerosol cans which feature a net weight of 10 ounces (283 grams). Instructions: Vigorously shake the can in order to rattle the interior agitator ball for at least one minute. Make sure the application surface is dry and clean before applying this Dry Teflon^® lubricant. Spray a thin film over the surface area, holding the can at least 5 to 10 inches away. Note that Tef Lube 107 is an extremely flammable spray, and it should be stored in a dry area away from heat or open flame where temperatures do not exceed 120°F (49°C).
