SCL-922 is a professional grade coolant and lubricant which can be used on all steels and non-ferrous metals, and is especially suited for use on exotic metals. This clear synthetic cutting oil / lubricant can be used on many surfaces, including: Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys, Carbon Steel, Bronze, Stainless Steel, Chrome-Moly and Vanadium Steel, Nitralloy Steel, Titanium, Iconel, Beryllium-Copper, Monel, Phosphor, Hastelloy Alloys, and other related exotic alloys.

For our customers’ convenience, SCL-922 comes in both easy-to-use 16 ounce aerosol cans and 5 gallon pails. The aerosol can is especially convenient for field operations, and it includes extension tubes which make application to remote areas even easier. SCL-922 runs the gamut of lubricant applications, ranging from use by mining operations, refineries, and power generating plants to shipyards, municipalities, and food and bottling plants. This cutting and tapping fluid is also specifically recommended for use by factories, steel mills, industrial plants, and chemical plants. In addition, SCL-922 is suitable for use in meat and poultry plants and food service establishments.

Designed for portable and field operations, this top of the line synthetic cutting oil / lubricant is easy to apply and easy to remove. It can be sprayed on, brushed on, or used in an automatic recirculating system. It can be removed with cold water or a degreasing solvent. SCL-922 is non-chlorinated and will not cause irritation to the skin. This cooling lubricant is also a non-staining fluid that will not leave behind an unsightly stain if you should choose to remove it. And because this fluid is transparent, SCL-922 leaves a clear view of the work area after application.

Instructions: If using the aerosol container, spray liberally directly onto work area. If using the 5 gallon container, spray on, brush on, or use in automatic recirculating systems. As necessary, re-apply the synthetic cutting oil / lubricant to insure the area remains well lubricated and cool. Remove if desired with cold water or degreasing solvents.
