Since Roof Renew Ultra is a highly concentrated solution, 6 or more gallons of water should be mixed with each gallon of cleaner, based on the severity of the mold or stain. We recommend that when using this product you reference a chart on suggested dilution amounts for each specific material in question. Roof Renew Ultra is also a most effective general purpose wash for exteriors when used within a ratio of 25+ parts water to 1 part Roof Renew Ultra.

To apply, use a pump-up type garden sprayer or a prespray system to spray the diluted product to a dry roof, deck, or other stained surface. Start at the bottom and go to the top, spraying Roof Renew Ultra in an overlapping pattern. Let the liquid sit for 20 minutes or until dry. Mist the roof with water when ready to rinse. To keep the mold from sticking, wet all rinse-off contact areas. Rinse the roof or deck with a stainless steel or PVC fan spray connection in the same pattern you applied the roof stain cleaner with: from bottom to top in an overlapping pattern. Be cautious because the roof may become slippery; always use the appropriate safety equipment, especially when working on rooftops. Note that some surfaces, including porous ones such as stucco, brick, and block may be stained more deeply and thus may retain stains more heartily. In these instances, multiple applications of Roof Renew Ultra may be required to completely remove the stain.
