Pro Seal #905 is a professional rubberized foundation coating that seals  and waterproofs a wide variety of surfaces. This elastomeric coating was originally specifically designed for coating concrete foundations in order to protect them from water intrusion and unwanted moisture. Thanks to its excellent waterproofing ability, Pro Seal #905 certainly is the product of choice for just such concrete foundation protection. In addition to its high performance ratings as a concrete waterproofer, however, Pro Seal #905 is also ideal for sealing and waterproofing wood and foamboard.  This premium, polymer-modified asphalt emulsion offers superior waterproofing characteristics that ensure no water seeps through, blocking out liquid and moisture for good.

Pro Seal #905 is available in 1 gallon pails and 5 gallon pails. The coverage range is about 31 square feet per gallon at 60 mils thick. This professional rubberized foundation coating is easy to apply and does not require professional equipment or certified applicators. It can be sprayed on, brushed on, or trowel applied. It dries black, minimizing the visual impact of concrete foundations. Do not freeze or store at temperatures below 50°F (10°C). Pro Seal #905 is intended for exterior application only.

Proper surface preparation is important to ensure optimal adhesion. Clean the surface of all debris, dust, and dirt. The surface should be dry. The application temperature minimum is 60°F (15.5°C) and rising. If the temperature is predicted to drop below 50°F (10°C) within a 24 hour period, do not apply. Also, do not apply is rain is imminent or forecasted within a 24 hour period. If the area is one in which fog or dew is prone to accumulate in the evening, coat in the morning and complete by early afternoon (3:00 pm) in order to prevent wash off (which occurs if fog, dew, or rain moves in before the coating is dry). Wear gloves and eye protection when mixing and applying Pro Seal #905. To apply, thoroughly stir the pail and apply via brush, trowel, or airless spray unit (Tip Size: .021 to .025). Apply at a rate of 150 square feet per 5 gallon pail. Let material dry for 24 hours before applying foam, drainage boards, or backfilling (depending on weather conditions). Do not allow material to dry on tools; for clean-up, simply wash with soap and water.
