A thermoplastic, urethane fortified clear coating/sealer designed to beautify and protect masonry surfaces, Aqua Crete is easy to use and creates a “weather shield” which stops moisture penetration, prevents spalling and protects masonry for years. This innovative sealer/coating can be applied using a lambs wool roller or a Hudson type air sprayer. See Technical Data for application instructions.This clear & colorless sealant has excellent abrasion and non marking properties and is recommended for use on interior and exterior concrete, brick, exposed aggregate and masonry walls and floors.

In addition, this urethane fortified sealer is resistant to damage caused by standing water and prevents moisture seepage especially on more porous type surfaces.

Aqua Crete contains no harmful solvent odor and no special respiration equipment is required during installation.

Aqua Crete is excellent for use on parking decks and produces a satin gloss finish. This urethane fortified masonry sealer can also be applied over existing coatings. The existing surface must have good adhesion without visible signs of delamination.For a higher gloss appearance, 2 or 3 coats of Aqua Crete are recommended. In addition, Aqua Crete exceeds UL slip resistance standards for anti slip coatings.

This clear urethane fortified coating is excellent for use around pool areas in both residential and commercial areas. Aqua Crete has good chemical resistance to chlorine and most cleaning and degreasing solutions. This sealer/coating beautifies stone, brick, precast concrete and exposed aggregate and eliminates the possibility of chipping or spalling over long periods. When a higher gloss finish is desired, multiple coats of Aqua Crete are recommended and waterproofing protection is extended up to 5 years.

This urethane fortified, clear masonry sealer/coating outlasts and out performs other products and requires NO mixing before application. A special modified Urethane is blended into Aqua Crete making it the product of choice for sealing masonry surfaces and insuring long term protection against weathering & premature spalling.

Aqua Crete provides outstanding results when used on vertical surfaces such as precast concrete, block, exposed aggregate and brick. Sprayequipment is recommended for vertical surfaces and coverage can exceed 1000 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity.

One light coating will protect vertical surfaces up to 5 years. Three light applications will extend protection to 10 years.
