ASC–1200/Aluminum based anti-seize provides superior protection against galling, corrosion, heat freeze, rust and seizing on many types of metal surfaces. ASC–1200/Aluminum, is free of Copper, so it is safe for use on stainless steel and other sensitive alloys including cast iron, aluminum, titanium, copper, brass and plastic. This heavy duty anti-seize lubricating compound is Copper, Lead, Nickel, and Zinc free. Therefore, it can be used in a wide variety of applications. ASC–1200/Aluminum anti-seize compound has a variety of additives including extreme pressure additives, rust and corrosion protectors as well as dry film lubricants. All of these properties work in concert with inert thickeners and non-petroleum base oils to constitute this high quality grade anti-seize compound.

ASC–1200/Aluminum is used in all industries where extreme heat, pressure, and corrosion are major factors. This anti-seize compound sticks well to all types of metal surfaces and offers unmatched weather resistance under extreme conditions. Violent vibration, extreme heat, metal expansion or contraction, and saltwater environments do not affect this product. ASC-1200/Aluminum is designed to meet and exceed the requirements of military specification MIL-PRF-907E. This product will endure the hottest temperature abuse up to + 2200°F (+1204°C) while lowering the coefficient of friction and reducing wrench torque for all types of industrial applications. ASC-1200/Aluminum permits easy dismantling of equipment after long periods of use, saving time and maintenance costs. Regular use of ASC–1200/Aluminum can significantly reduce possible damage to expensive equipment. This compound has many multi-purpose uses and can replace a wide variety of other products. It’s smooth, even texture makes it easy to apply to all types of metal. This product will not harden, settle out or evaporate.

ASC–1200/Aluminum anti-seize should be used on nuts, bolts, studs, screws, taps, drills, pipe threads, flanges, gaskets, o-rings, pump and valve packings and stems, low speed bearings, bushings, keyways and shafts, chains, sprockets, gears, wire rope and cable, exhaust manifolds, boilers, heat exchangers, spark plugs, catalytic converters, mufflers, exhaust pipes, battery posts, pneumatic equipment, hydraulic cylinders and shafts or use as a dry film lubricant on heat treated surfaces. This product is excellent for use on equipment that is subject to salt water spray, highly corrosive environments or equipment that is frequently steam cleaned.ASC–1200/Aluminum comes in four convenient easy to apply options. It is available in a brush top can which can be purchased in two, six, twelve and twenty-four packs. It can also be purchased in standard sixteen ounce grease cartridges which are also sold in two, six, twelve and twenty-four packs. ASC–1200/Aluminum is also available in an eight pound (one gallon) container and a forty pound (five gallon) container for those larger jobs.
