It is also strong enough and cures fast enough to meet the demands of more extreme jobs, such as repairing: concrete roadways, highway overlays, parking structures, dams, and bridges. Pro Kon 2500 will blend in color with existing concrete as the cured surface is slightly darker.

Pro Kon 2500 can be formed and is thus the product of choice for repairing broken steps and other concrete surfaces that require sturdy, formable patching material. Pro Kon 2500 is concrete gray in color and is easy to apply to substrates which are sound and clean. This labor-saving material can be used on grade, above, and below grade on concrete. It is a dry product, so all you have to do is mix it with water. The fastest curing concrete patch, Pro Kon 2500 allows for an epoxy coating to be applied within 4 hours (at 73°F / 22.8°C, 50%R.H.).

Pro Kon 2500 is available in both 25 lb (11.3 kg) and 50 lb (22.7 kg) containers. The approximate coverage of the fastest curing concrete patch is about 0.43 cu. ft. However, when extended with 25-30 lbs. of 3/8 inch gravel, the yield is approximately 0.60-.063 cu. ft. As a mortar, Pro Kon 2500 can be applied from as small as ¼ inch in thickness to as large as 1 inch in thickness. When extended with aggregate, Pro Kon 2500 can be applied from as small as 1 inch in thickness to as large as 6 inches in thickness.

Pro Kon 2500 is a cementitious material that is resistant to freezing and thawing and can be used for full depth patching repairs. It is non-flammable and odorless, and is not a vapor barrier. Pro Kon 2500 is also not gypsum-based and does not contain added chlorides. We recommend that it be stored dry at 40°-95°F (4°-35°C). For best results, condition material to 65°-75°F (18°-24°C) before using. The mixing ratio of Pro Kon 2500 is approximately 5-5.5 pints (2.4-2.6 liters) of liquid per 50 lb (22.7 kg) container.
