NTH #1300 is a top of the line, USDA approved, clear / water white food grade hydraulic oil. Formulated with the finest ingredients available, this non-toxic hydraulic oil is odorless and offers superior lubrication characteristics. NTH #1300 meets the needs of a variety of systems that operate over wide temperature ranges, as it offers a wide application temperature range of -30°F (-34°C) to 410°F (210°C). It successfully reduces friction and is able to prevent wear and tear on delicate hydraulic elements.

Because this non-toxic hydraulic oil meets all FDA requirements for white mineral oils (FDA Regulation 21 CFR 172.878), NTH #1300 can be applied where there may be incidental contact with food (as specified in 21 CFR 178.3570). NTH #1300 therefore holds a USDA “H-1” rating for incidental food contact in poultry plants and meat plants. All additives used in the making of NTH #1300 also meet the requirements outlined by Regulation 21 CFR 178.3570.

This non-toxic hydraulic oil is excellent for use in poultry plants, meat plants, bakeries, and all other food packaging and processing plants. NTH #1300 is available in viscosities of ISO 32, 46, and 68 (viscosity must be selected when adding to shopping cart).

This multi-purpose lubricant is a blend of U.S.P. fluids treated with synthetic compounds, a special formulation which creates high film strength. NTH #1300 is highly refined and surpasses even the highest of purity standards. And because it contains an exceptional non-toxic tackiness additive, NTH #1300 is extra tacky and is able to keep leakage to a bare minimum. This non-toxic hydraulic oil has a viscosity grade (SAE J-300) of 10W/20, a pour point (ASTM D-97) of -40°F (-40°C), and a demulsibility (ASTM D-1401) of 40/40/0 (15) at 130°F (54.4°C).

NTH #1300 is an anti-wear lubricant that works to reduce friction and wear. It also has superior anti-leak and anti-foam properties. Applying this superior non-toxic hydraulic oil helps prevent wear and tear, including metal fatigue and breakdowns, thus preempting expensive repair costs and associated labor and downtime.
