The DynaGlaze System is a reinforced, resinous decorative wall coating unlike any other. This system seamlessly connects walls and ceilings, creating high impact, abrasion resistant, easy to clean surfaces. Using high performance polymer technology and fiberglass reinforcement, DynaGlaze offers excellent dimensional stability and extreme durability. This very low VOC wall system comes in a variety of colors and consists of a combination of a base coat and a top coat, offering two types of base coats to choose from (DynaGlaze RM and DynaGlaze RF) in order to best meet your specific reinforcement needs.

Originally introduced as an impact-resistant coating for racquetball courts, this versatile system now serves a large spectrum of high performance requirements. This resinous decorative wall coating is ideal for use in sanitary environments because it is germ impenetrable and can be easily sprayed down with disinfectant for quick decontamination. The high performance surfaces formed by DynaGlaze allow this system to be used effectively in Class 10 through Class 1,000 areas. This low odor product is even safe to install in areas that are occupied.

For a truly seamless integration of walls, ceilings, and floors, look no further than DynaGlaze Systems. The DynaGlaze System connects the interior surfaces of rooms –tying or wrapping the walls into the ceiling and floor and rounding the inside corners. The result? Cracks and crevices which typically harbor dirt and promote bacterial growth are banished, and the smooth new surface is aesthetically pleasing and easy to keep clean. This resinous decorative wall coating has been tested and shown to successfully connect unlike substrates without having to use sealants, joints, or other connection materials. DynaGlaze utilizes an approach which involves the installation of wide radius corners, both horizontal and vertical, which permit floors and walls to be applied in overlapping layers. The ensuing wall and ceiling finish is attractive and holds up superbly against physical abuse and harsh chemicals.

Stability, Durabilty, & Cleanability

The DynaGlaze System is all about stability, durability, and cleanability. DynaGlaze withstands impact, abrasion, and chemical exposure. It resists thermal shock and daily high-pressure steam cleaning. It is known to not flake, chip, or crack, and it does not get brittle as time goes by. DynaGlaze prohibits static cling and fights against the collection of dust and the buildup of foreign airborne particles. This technologically advanced resinous decorative wall coating can be easily cleaned by wash downs and is unaffected by most variations in temperature. The joint-free surfaces made by DynaGlaze provide a vapor barrier, and the rounded floor, wall, and ceiling connections create an environment that is easy to keep sterile (as all non-sterile crevices and ragged junctures are eliminated).

Apply One Of These Two Types Of DynaGlaze Reinforced Base Coats:
DynaGlaze RM – Fiberglass Reinforcement Mat

DynaGlaze RM is a high build surfacing system that incorporates multiple layers. It combines reinforcing fiberglass with 100% solids thermosetting resins for a resulting coating that offers high strength, impact resistance, and excellent dimensional stability. The special fiberglass cloth DynaGlaze RM incorporates results in added strength and extra reinforcement. The DynaGlaze RM System is comprised of four coats of resin and hardener prior to the application of DynaGlaze Top Coat. The fiberglass reinforcing cloth is incorporated into the second coat. The typical application thickness of DynaGlaze RM is 21-35 mils DFT.

DynaGlaze RF – Fiber Reinforcement Filled

DynaGlaze RF is also a high build surfacing system. It employs a 100% solids, fiber-filled thermosetting resin and offers a quicker, simpler installation process that allows for more rapid turnaround. DynaGlaze RF utilizes temperature resistant reinforcement fibers to create reinforced/resinous wall and ceiling surfaces. This high solids coating allows for fast and easy application as it can be applied with a roller. The DynaGlaze RF System is comprised of two coats of resin and hardener prior to the application of DynaGlaze Top Coat. The typical application thickness of DynaGlaze RF is 20 mils DFT.

Then Apply The DynaGlaze Top Coat:
DynaGlaze Top Coat – The Resilient, Attractive Finish

DynaGlaze Top Coat is a premium epoxy/polyester wall coating. This two-component, pre-pigmented coating is flexible, durable, and decorative, providing a long-lasting glazed finish for interior walls and ceilings. By utilizing technology to combine the strengths of an epoxy with the strengths of a polyester, DynaGlaze Top Coat is able to adhere firmly, remain strong, and resist chemicals while also being economical and providing excellent color retention. DynaGlaze Top Coat not only offers maximum chemical resistance, it even resists stains and scratches. DynaGlaze Top Coat is suitable for interior walls, ceilings, and columns in new or existing institutional, industrial, and commercial buildings. It is safe for use in food industry manufacturing plants, water and wastewater treatment plants, hospitals, semi-conductor and similar clean spaces. DynaGlaze Top Coat is available in 20 architectural colors plus white. Custom colors are also available with required minimums. The typical application thickness of DynaGlaze Top Coat is 2.9-4.4 dry mils per coat. This finish coat can be applied over latex or flat oil-based paints (as long as the paint film adhesion is satisfactory). DynaGlaze Top Coat conforms to U.S. Federal Specification TTC 550C.

DynaGlaze Top Coat Resists Chemicals, Stains, & Scratches

DynaGlaze is available in 10 gallon kits. Each kit of DynaGlaze RM, DynaGlaze RF, or DynaGlaze Top Coat consists of one full 5 gallon (18.9 L) pail of resin and one full 5 gallon (18.9 L) pail of hardener. (The DynaGlaze RM kit also includes the fiberglass reinforcement mat that is to be incorporated into the coating.) DynaGlaze can be easily applied to many types of surfaces by spraying or rolling. It is USDA approved and is accepted by the Canadian Department of Agriculture.
