Ultra Seal 500 is a top of the line, 100% R.T.V. (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) pressurized silicone sealant. Strong and permanently elastic, Ultra Seal 500 does a superb job sealing non-porous surfaces, such as those surrounding showers, sinks, tubs, ceramic tile, plumbing fixtures, and cultured marble. Weatherproof and waterproof, Ultra Seal 500 is also ideal for caulking around sills, doors, windows, and even cracks and crevices in ceilings.

Not only is Ultra Seal 500 an excellent sealant and caulk, it is also a fabulous adhesive that it is useful for bonding. Ultra Seal 500 can bond most materials – both similar and dissimilar, including wood, metal, rubber, glass, plastic, porcelain, ceramics, and marble. This pressurized silicone sealant has been found to be particularly useful for bonding signs, glass, electrical insulation, nameplates, machinery flanges, and more.

Ultra Seal 500 is temperature resistant and is able to remain flexible within an extremely wide temperature range: -60°F (-51°C) to 500°F (260°C). Even during extreme temperature changes, you can bet this industrial strength pressurized silicone sealant won’t shrink or sag. Furthermore, Ultra Seal 500 won’t crack, crumble, or dry out.

 Weatherproof | Waterproof

This permanently flexible sealant does a great job sealing cracks in low pressure water and drain lines. It also seals cracks in heating and ventilation ductwork, electrical connections, plumbing fixtures, and machinery. Under even the most severe of conditions, Ultra Seal 500 offers unmatched water drain.

This easy-to-use, economical sealant is available in both clear and white. The only significant difference between the two is that the white sealant will help resist the growth of mildew as it contains a mildewcide. Its pressurized dispenser allows for easy application and eliminates the need for cartridge guns and squeeze tubes. Ultra Seal 500 eliminates waste and features a high chemical resistance and low volatility.

Instructions: Make sure the surface is dry and clean of all dirt, oil, and tar. While holding the can at a 45° angle, apply a continuous 1/16” to 1/8” bead between the surfaces. Ultra Seal 500 will begin to cure immediately and will fully cure within 24 hours, reaching optimum strength within 7 days.

Note that paint won’t adhere to this material after it has cured. This product is not recommended for application on surfaces that will be continuously immersed in water or on surfaces that are porous (such as masonry).
