Application Instructions:
Store can at room temperature (65oF-85oF) for several hours before application. Use in well-ventilated areas. Gloves and protective eyewear are recommended.
Ensure that surface to be treated is clean and free of debris, dust, oil or grease. Use newspapers or a drop cloth to protect the surrounding area. Protect adjacent areas with masking tape, paper, or poly film.
Shake can for 1 minute prior to use. Carefully screw trigger/tube assembly onto valve stem without activating valve. Test foam in an experimental area prior to use.
Invert can and slowly push the trigger, making sure not to completely fill the cavity as foam will expand 2-3 times in size. Release trigger 5 seconds before desired end point, continuing to move the tube as foam will briefly continue flowing.
Immediately clean up excess or unwanted foam with paint thinner or acetone. If desired, use a sharp knife or sandpaper to trim cured foam. Cover exposed cured foam with paint or stain. Foam Seal will remain semi-pliable for long-term effectiveness.
Storage: Store can in an upright position with trigger and tube still in place. To reuse, trim one inch of extension tube. Use remaining foam within 30 days.
