Cracks in structural concrete are no match for Injecta Seal; this epoxy resin adhesive penetrates deep and creates a strong bond as it is five times stronger than concrete.

Not only is Injecta Seal a high-strength adhesive, it is also a semi-rigid epoxy, which means it is able to expand and contract with movement in the floor, and it won’t harden and become brittle. Use Injecta Seal for: low pressure injection of cracks; gravity-feed of cracks; and grouting dowels, bolts, and pins into horizontal concrete.

Injecta Seal is excellent for use on both cracks and joints, and it can be used on a variety of horizontal surfaces including concrete, wood, and masonry. This convenient epoxy crack repair/filler is clear amber in color and is ideal for injecting cracks up to ¼ inch (6 mm). This product is excellent for filling horizontal cracks on sidewalks, concrete floors, steps, patios, garages, driveways, concrete warehouse floors, and more. In addition to filling cracks, Injecta Seal can be used for the purpose of grouting dowels, bolts, pins, etc. into concrete.

Injecta Seal is available in 2 packs, 6 packs and 12 packs. Each order comes with static mixers and flow restrictors. This two part epoxy is dispensed through a single cartridge system consisting of Component A and Component B, which are mixed 2:1 by volume. Each cartridge of Injecta Seal offers approximately 10.7-11.0 cu. in. (175-180 ml) of usable epoxy resin. With a tensile strength of 7,000 psi (48.3 MPa) at 7 days and an elongation at break of 6.9%, this is one tough-yet-flexible crack filler. Injecta Seal has a pot life of about 25 minutes (60 gram mass). Tack free in 1.5-2 hours at 90°F (32°C) (3-5 mils), this epoxy crack repair/filler is a quick fix to unsightly cracks. Tack free times at other temperatures include: 3-3.5 hours at 73°F (23°C) or 14-16 hours at 40°F (4°C). Note that the minimum ambient and substrate temperature is 40°F (4°C) and the maximum is 95°F (35°C), and the minimum age of the concrete must be 21-28 days (varying based on drying and curing conditions).
