ASC 1600 Nuclear Grade Anti-Seize is environmentally safe. This product contains no Copper, Lead, Nickel, Zinc or any other metals. It is completely safe to use on all types of metals including Stainless Steel and other sensitive alloys such as Titanium, Copper, Brass, Cast Iron, Aluminum, and Plastic. ASC 1600 Nuclear Grade Anti-Seize can be used to replace several other products for various applications. This product is safe for employee use and contains no hazardous contents according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulation 29 CFR 1910.1200.

ASC 1600 Nuclear Grade Anti-Seize contains extreme pressure additives, rust and corrosion inhibitors, and dry film lubricants. These premium ingredients make ASC 1600 Nuclear Grade Anti-Seize superior in preventing galling and metal seizure between -20°F (-29°C) and 2400°F (131°C). This product is a high performance lubricant, and thread compound, that has excellent water resistance and adheres to metal surfaces even when they have been exposed to oils and other petroleum products. ASC 1600 Nuclear Grade Anti-Seize is recommended where product purity is essential and controlled impurities must be maintained. Its’ high purity prevents stress corrosion and promotes uniform and predictable performance. 

ASC 1600 Nuclear Grade Anti-Seize should be used on nuts, bolts, studs, screws, taps, drills, pipe threads, flanges, gaskets, o-rings, pump and valve packings and stems, low speed bearings, bushings, keyways and shafts, chains, sprockets, gears, wire rope and cable, exhaust manifolds, boilers, heat exchangers, spark plugs, catalytic converters, mufflers, exhaust pipes, battery posts, pneumatic equipment, hydraulic cylinders and shafts or use as a dry film lubricant on heat treated surfaces.ASC 1600 Nuclear Grade Anti-Seize is excellent for use on equipment that is subject to salt water spray, highly corrosive environments or equipment that is frequently steam cleaned. Regular use of this product can reduce costly maintenance shut-downs by making equipment easier to assemble and disassemble even after prolonged use. ASC 1600 Nuclear Grade Anti-Seize also can protect expensive equipment from stress & abuse. The dry film lubricants and anti-galling ingredients in this product protect expensive equipment from galling and metal seizing from -20°F (-4°C) to +2400°F (1316°C). ASC 1600 Nuclear Grade Anti-Seize reduces friction and wrench torque to improve maintenance and serviceability of equipment. This product flows evenly into threads and will not harden or evaporate. ASC 1600 Nuclear Grade Anti-Seize meets United States Military Specification MIL-PRF-907E. It is environmentally safe and contains no hazardous ingredients. This product meets California Title 22 (TTLC) requirements for non-hazardous waste material.ASC 1600 Nuclear Grade Anti-Seize comes in three convenient easy to apply options. This product is available in a brush top one pint can which can be purchased in two, six, twelve and twenty-four packs. It can also be purchased in an eight pound (one gallon) containers and a forty pound (five gallon) containers.
