ASC–1400/Copper, Lead, Zinc based anti seize combines a premium, non-melt, grease base with micro-sized copper flakes and graphite particles that constitutes the highest quality anti-seize that money can buy. This anti seize is also comprised of extreme pressure additives and utilizes superior rust and corrosion inhibitors. It also contains a blend of dry film lubricants combined with ultra high quality thickeners and superior petroleum base oils. ASC–1400/Copper, Lead, Zinc based anti seize exhibits excellent wear protection and sticks to metal surfaces with ease. This product offers supreme protection against galling, seizing, corrosion, wrench torque, and heat freeze.

ASC-1400/Copper, Lead, Zinc based anti seize will withstand severe climate condition, violent vibration, and expansion or contraction. This product is engineered to lubricate and protect threaded connections and flanges under extreme load pressure. ASC-1400/Copper, Lead, Zinc based anti seize can be used in multiple applications and various temperature ranges from -297°F (-183°C) to 1800°F (982°C). It is especially designed to meet or exceed the requirements of Military Specification MIL-PRF-907E (Mil-A-907E). ASC–1400/ Copper, Lead, Zinc based anti seize compounds will not separate. This product is non-dripping, non-harding, and permits easy removal and reconnection. Use ASC-1400/Copper, Lead, Zinc to reduce maintenance down time after lengthy service time in severe conditions. It reduces friction and retards galvanic action between dissimilar metals.

ASC–1400/ Copper, Lead, Zinc based anti seize should be used on pipe threads, nuts, bolts, studs, flanges, gaskets, screws, taps, drills, pump and valve packing, valve stems, low speed bearings, bushings, keyways and shafts, chains, sprockets, gears, wire rope and cable, exhaust manifolds, boilers, heat exchangers, battery posts or use as a dry film lubricant on heat treated surfaces. This product is excellent for use on equipment that is subject to high temperatures, salt water spray, highly corrosive environments or equipment that is frequently steam cleaned.ASC–1400/Copper, Lead, Zinc based anti seize comes in four convenient easy to apply options. It is available in a brush top one pint can which can be purchased in two, six, twelve and twenty-four packs. This product is also available in standard fourteen ounce grease cartridges that are also sold in two, six, twelve and twenty-four packs. It is also available to be purchased in an eight pound (one gallon) container and a forty pound (five gallon) container for those larger jobs.For applications that require the highest level of environmental or personal safety, try the Superior’s ASC-1200/Aluminum anti-seize. ASC-1200/Aluminum base anti-seize contains NO metals yet still offers protection to + 2400°F (-1316°C). As with all petroleum base anti-seizes, these products should NOT be used in oxygen service.
