An extreme pressure bearing grease, SL-HT 750 is a high temperature synthetic grease designed for use where hi temp heavy load bearing lubricant requirement meet or exceed -25°F (-35°C) to 780°F (416°C). SL-HT 750 is excellent for hi temp lubricant for equipment that produces heavy shear and shock loads.
SL-HT 750 is formulated for use in heavy duty conditions such as automotive, mining, construction and industrial applications where conventional greases are not acceptable.
SL-HT 750 does not contain clay based thickeners which contribute to “bake out” and carbonization. This synthetic hi temp lubricant employs synthetic thickeners providing for excellent results in high temperature and heavy load conditions.
SL-HT 750 is stable to shear and has excellent resistance to water and moisture. This provides excellent resistance to rust and corrosion.
SL-HT 750 is fortified with Molybdenum Disulfide which enhances its extreme pressure lubricant properties and high temperature grease characteristics. Molybdenum has been proven to provide excellent anti seize lubricant properties while providing for excellent plating in bearing lubricants. Pure Molybdenum is incorporated into SL-HT 750 making it the finest high temperature bearing lubricant on the market today. SL-HT 750 Bearing Grease is multi-functional, and recommended for most types of oven or high temperature bearing applications, such as tenter frames, lithographed and enameled metal baking ovens.
SL-HT 750 is not recommended for use in high speed bearings. Lower RPM’s are recommended. If RPM’s exceed 1000, consult our technical team for the proper lubricant recommendation.
SL-HT 750 is highly effective when exposed to acidic or salt spray conditions. These harsh environments have little or no effect making SL-HT 750 the lubricant of choice for lubricating heavily loaded bearings in extreme conditions including certain marine applications.
This synthetic grease has been proven to achieve outstanding results for lubricating bearings in high temperatures and harsh conditions. SL-HT 750 helps prevent bearing failure and will eliminate carbonization which contributes to excessive wear.
