Foam Seal is an aerosol type expanding foam sealant. This convenient to use foam sealant product seals and insulates and fills void areas in walls and is excellent for sealing around pipes. This aerosol expanding foam product insulates and stops intrusion of insects and rodents and is excellent for eliminating penetration of Radon Gas.
Foam Seal foam sealant is sprayed then after complete penetration into cracks and void areas, it expands into a safe plastic type foam. It does not harden and stays semi pliable for long term effectiveness. Foam Seal is odorless when cured and can be painted once all areas have been treated and product has completely cured.
The expandable foam sealant is safe for use on metals, plastics and wood surfaces. Foam Seal is excellent where gaps and crevices are left from construction or where holes have been cut to accommodate pipes. It is also beneficial where additions have been made into walls or new water pipes have been run and the excess area does not meet a close tolerance. Foam Seal aerosol expanding foam is also excellent to use around outside faucets and valves to seal out insects and moisture. Foam Seal has a R7 insulation value and has outstanding insulation qualities.
The extension applicator included with Foam Seal makes it ideal for using in “hard to reach” areas. When applying Foam Seal, simply spray into all voids, crevices and cracks. The foam sealant prevents cold and hot air intrusion and has been proven to block out Radon Gas.
Foam Seal expandable foam sealant has no harsh fumes and can be used safely in confined areas. In addition to sealing hot and cold air, this product is excellent when used for dampening sound and is effective up to 220°F.
